Open Living Area

When looking at example floor plans like this one, you can often imagine yourself in the home. As you enter the front door, the foyer is open to the Great Room, with big windows looking at the Veranda beyond it. It invites you into the living area.

As you come into the Great Room, you scan to the right and see an open kitchen, with a good size island, and the dining room adjacent to that. The open concept and high ceilings give an expansive feel, while still remaining cozy.

Office, Garage, & Laundry

As you turn right from the foyer, you notice a decent size office, perfect for those that must work from home. Or maybe you enter the home via the 3 car garage. You step into the mud room, perfect for hanging up your coat or placing your shoes in the closet - out of the way.
