We at Bianchi-Tillett Developers have set a high mark for customer service. We recognize that we need to earn your trust, and we work conscientiously to do that — by delivering what we promise, when you expect it, to help establish your home as a solid financial investment.

We also acknowledge that while we’re intimately familiar with project design and construction, this likely is new territory for you. An important part of our job is preparing you for what to expect, to minimize or avoid unwelcome surprises.

Although we have built or modernized homes in a wide range of sizes and architectural styles, we are known for crafting contemporary estate homes that have become community landmarks. The residences and tenant improvements that we have completed stand out because of their aesthetic character, unsurpassed quality and our meticulous attention to detail.

Meet our team

Paul Bianchi, a third-generation contractor. He started his career in the construction industry with his grandfather's company before working for his father’s business. After gaining experience in construction trades and business, Paul established his own business and guided the growth of two large companies specializing in multiple construction. He has been developing properties and building luxury homes for twenty five years. Paul prides himself on forging enduring relationships with clients and partners through thoughtful design, passion for craftsmanship, open communication, within budget, on time and a commitment to excellence.

Paul Bianchi, a third-generation contractor. He started his career in the construction industry with his grandfather's company before working for his father’s business. After gaining experience in construction trades and business, Paul established his own business and guided the growth of two large companies specializing in multiple construction. He has been developing properties and building luxury homes for twenty five years. Paul prides himself on forging enduring relationships with clients and partners through thoughtful design, passion for craftsmanship, open communication, within budget, on time and a commitment to excellence.

Bill Tillett began his career working for large commercial contracting companies and quickly moved up through the ranks, becoming a superintendent overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. In 1981 he followed his passion into new custom home construction, and throughout the past four decades developed a well-deserved reputation for expertly guiding projects from concept to move-in-ready.

Bill Tillett

Partner

Bill Tillett began his career working for large commercial contracting companies and quickly moved up through the ranks, becoming a superintendent overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. In 1981 he followed his passion into new custom home construction, and throughout the past four decades developed a well-deserved reputation for expertly guiding projects from concept to move-in-ready.

Mike specializes in advocating as an owner's representative and construction management professional. With 18 years' experience he has a talent for identifying and capitalizing on cost elimination opportunities. His experience spans from luxury residential, subdivisions, commercial office spaces, healthcare clinics, and religious institutions. Mike has successfully directed two $35M+ projects to completion, orchestrated construction of four buildings totaling 236k SF, built the 2016 winner of the Best Government/Public Building award from ERN Northwest, saved  roughly $1.25M+ in project costs. With a keen eye for detail and design processes, he is involved in our projects every step of the way.

Michael Moreland

VP of Construction

Mike specializes in advocating as an owner's representative and construction management professional. He is a certified LEED builder, licensed realtor, licensed general contractor. Dave is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders as well as the North State Building Industry Association of California. In his off time, Dave is an avid aviation fan, is a docent at the California auto museum and at the Pance Gallery.

David Garland

Project Manager

David Garland offers over 35 years’ experience in construction management and major construction operations, with an extensive background in project development, land development and luxury construction. Dave holds three national builder of the year awards, best kitchen and bathroom in an over million home with Taylor Morrison. He is a certified LEED builder, licensed realtor, licensed general contractor. Dave is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders as well as the North State Building Industry Association of California. In his off time, Dave is an avid aviation fan, is a docent at the California auto museum and at the Pance Gallery.

Kay Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the new home construction business. She started Lampman Lighting and Design, which served Northern California and the Lake Tahoe regions. Along with her career in design and renovation she has had the pleasure of working with the design team on the El Dorado Hill, Sunset Magazine Idea House.  She enjoyed working in management for Habitat for Humanity. Kay his proud of volunteer work with CASA as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children. Her passion for homes and budget consciousness is an excellent addition to any project.

Jenell has had a life long passion for construction. While raising her three children she stayed educated in the field. She has worked in Project admin-Remote position-government funded projects. Moved on to project coordinator – worked on site during a memory care facility build in EDH. Promoted to Assistant PM by end of project. Then gained experience in the Multi-Family Commercial field as a Multi-family Commercial PM for a finishes company. Jennel has earned her degree in construction management, she is well versed in many disciplines and is inshably organized.
